Shipping charges
For online orders, shipping is US$10 for the first item plus US$2 for every additional item — calculated from the total quantity across all products and sizes in your cart, not separately for each product
Examples: 1 item = US$10, 2 items = US$12, 3 items = US$14, and 5 items = US$18 — the shipping charge is added automatically at checkout and shown before payment
Preparation and delivery timing
Availability, preparation and dispatch arrangements are confirmed for the specific order — the Ready to Ship collection does not imply a guaranteed same-day dispatch or fixed delivery date
For wholesale and OEM orders, the production schedule depends on design, quantity, customization and packaging and is confirmed with your order — carrier transit time is separate from production time
Delivery options
Express options include DHL, FedEx, UPS and TNT, according to route availability — sea freight and delivery to a designated freight forwarder can be arranged for bulk orders
Customs and destination requirements
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, customs checks or local restrictions — ask us to confirm the shipping terms and whether any destination charges are included in your quotation before ordering
