Size and fit
Our rings use US sizing — the standard range is US 5–14, with US 7–13 most commonly produced; available sizes vary by product and custom bulk sizes can be discussed
Before buying, confirm the selected size and ring width — if you are unsure, ask us for the relevant size chart and guidance for the specific product rather than guessing from an image
Send us the product code, your usual sizing system and the ring size you are considering — do not assume a finished ring can be resized; confirm the options for the chosen material first
Looking after your ring
Care needs vary with the metal, finish, stones and inlay — use a soft cloth for routine surface cleaning and ask us for product-specific guidance before using chemicals, abrasives or cleaning equipment
Tungsten carbide is highly scratch-resistant, but that does not mean every part of a ring is scratch-proof or indestructible — protect the finish and inlay from impact and rough handling
Order status and delivery help
For an order update, send your order number and the email used for the purchase to our team — if you already have an account, you can also sign in to view your orders
For delivery questions, include the tracking reference when available — do not post order or payment details in public comments
Worldwide shipping for online orders is US$10 for the first item plus US$2 for each additional item — your cart combines quantities across products and sizes and calculates the charge automatically at checkout
Returns and quality support
Ready to Ship retail customers can request a non-quality return or exchange within 14 days of receipt — stock returns require prior approval, with return freight paid by the buyer for non-quality reasons
For a quality concern, send photos or videos within 7 days of receipt so we can review it promptly — this reporting request does not limit mandatory consumer rights
Wholesale and custom projects
For a business enquiry, include your product code or design reference, sizes, quantities, materials, packaging needs and destination — production timing is confirmed for the particular order
