A short operational guide for new buyers: what to expect between the first email and the first carton on your shelf.
01MOQ and mixed sizes
MOQ is 5 pieces per design for stock programs, mixed sizes within the design. For OEM (custom width, finish or engraving) the same 5-piece floor applies per SKU; only fully bespoke tooling carries a higher opening quantity, quoted case by case.
02Sampling lead times
Samples ship in 48 hours for catalog designs. Custom samples — your logo, your width — take one to two weeks depending on artwork turnaround. Sample cost is credited against the first production order.
03Production and QC
Production lead time is 15–20 days for stock finishes and 20–25 days for OEM with PVD plating and engraving. Every ring is inspected under 10× magnification before packing; QC photos of your order are available on request.
04Packing, shipping and incoterms
Packing: individual boxes by default, barcode and custom packaging to spec. Shipping by DHL/FedEx express for samples and small orders, air or sea for volume — EXW, FOB or DDP, your call at quote time. Reply to any inquiry lands within one business day, Monday to Saturday (GMT+8).
