Retail and business orders
Ready to Ship is the collection for individual purchases — Wholesale and OEM / ODM services are intended for business orders and custom projects
Wholesale minimum quantities, unit prices, specifications, packaging and production schedules are confirmed in the quotation or order agreement — do not assume retail and wholesale terms are interchangeable
Product details and sizing
Check the product code, material, inlay, finish, width and selected US ring size before ordering — images illustrate the design and screen settings can affect the appearance of colour and detail
Refer to the individual product description for material composition rather than assuming all inlays are natural stones, all decorative gold details are solid gold, or every product has the same specification — ask us about any unclear detail before purchase
Prices and payment
Store prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) — review the applicable product price, quantity, shipping and any displayed tax information before paying
Available online payment options are shown at checkout — for wholesale orders, our standard arrangement is a 40% deposit with the remaining balance before shipment; small trial orders may be paid in full, subject to the confirmed quotation
Online-order shipping is US$10 for the first item plus US$2 for each additional item, based on the total quantity in your cart and added automatically at checkout
Order details and changes
Provide accurate contact and delivery details and review the order confirmation — if you find a mistake or need to change or cancel an order, contact us promptly with the order number
Available options depend on the order’s dispatch or customization stage and any mandatory rights that apply — do not assume an email requesting a change has already changed the order
Custom designs and approvals
For OEM / ODM projects, confirm the design, sizes, materials, engraving and packaging requirements before production — provide artwork or logos only when you are entitled to use them
Custom production timing is confirmed for each order, rather than promised as a fixed number of days
