Most of our partner programs start as OEM: an existing design, adjusted to a brand. This guide covers what is adjustable and how to brief it, so your first sample lands in 48 hours instead of two weeks.
01Widths: 4, 6 and 8 mm
Width is the easiest lever. Any design in the catalog can be rebuilt at 4mm, 6mm or 8mm — 6mm and 8mm carry most men's demand, 4mm is the growing women's/unisex size. Width changes do not affect MOQ; they add roughly three days to first production.
02Finishes and PVD plating
Finishes: mirror, brushed, sandblasted, and PVD plating in black, gold, rose gold and blue. PVD is a vacuum deposition, not a paint — it will not flake, and on tungsten it outlasts the plating on brass or steel jewellery by an order of magnitude. Two-tone combinations (brushed centre, polished rails) are standard on the TITAN series and available anywhere.
03Engraving and artwork
Engraving: laser inside and outside, text or your logo vector. Free engraving is included on every band for stock orders; for OEM, send artwork as vector (AI/SVG/PDF) at the target width and we return a proof within one business day.
04How to brief us
The ideal brief includes: base SKU or catalog reference, target width(s), finish, engraving artwork, size curve, and quantity per size. With that in hand, MOQ is 5 pcs per design for stock programs, and sampling is 48 hours. Missing artwork is the single most common cause of delay.
05Custom packaging
Packaging can be fully custom — boxes, pouches, cards and barcodes to your spec. Tell us the retail channel (e-commerce shipper vs. counter display) and we will recommend the format that survives the journey.
